Montaña Cardón is a mountainous massif which has been affected by the interesting differential erosion which has occurred over several million years. This has given rise to an impressive landscape in the form of a razor-like ridge with Canary Island daisies (Nauplius sericeus) growing on its slopes, a species of plant endemic to the island.
